An alleged stolen vehicle with damaged front wheels and a fender on East Palace Avenue after a police shooting in downtown Santa Fe on Sunday. State police said in a news release later in the day they fired four times on the suspect, 21-year-old Justin Jimenez of Santa Fe, while trying to apprehend him, and witnesses reported hearing a “whole bunch of gunshots” and then seeing a white SUV speed down the road at a high rate of speed.
